Request a Booking

If you wish to make an appointment for your pet, please complete this form to request a booking. Once we receive your form, our reception team will contact you with an available date and time for your appointment.

Please note that simply submitting this form does not mean you have an appointment. A booking will only be made once reception have contacted you and confirmed a date and time. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to get in contact with you. If you think your pet needs to be seen more urgently than that, please call the clinic on 5381 1996.

Scheduling Policies

Appointment Confirmation

Once we have contacted you to book in an appointment time, you will receive an automated text message two days before your appointment asking you to confirm. Please reply with ‘C’ so that we know you are definitely coming to your appointment.

Cancellation policies

If you are no longer able to make your appointment time, please call us to reschedule.

Please note that fees may be incurred in cases of:

  • Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 12 hours notice

  • Not showing up to your appointment

  • Being more than 10 minutes late to your appointment

Payment policies

We require payment at the time of the appointment, and in some circumstances a deposit or pre-payment will be requested before a service.

We accept payment in the form of cash or EFTPOS, and offer VetPay and ZipPay as alternative payment options.

Please note that cheques will not be accepted.
